Volleys that drop below the height of the net can be extremely tough to handle. In today’s lesson, Brady demonstrates the proper technique on the low forehand volley.

    Seems to me that one is typically having to do a low volley 1) dealing with a return of serve at one’s feet , coming in behind one’s serve 2) defensively reaching for opponents’ angled winner candidate during volley ralley. In either case you are probably on the run rightwards. If I’m right does this have any additional implications beyond what you’ve already stated ?

    great lesson…I can see why some of the low balls that I have missed. Look like a few simple changes will help a lot
