    Probably one of the best video tips you have ever given. The idea of coupling kinetic energy from the leg dip into the kinetic energy released when uncoiling the upper body seems, at first glance, to be either just counterintuitive or else impossible (since the two motions are taking place at essentially right angles to one another). But . . . . it is VERY easy to feel the โ€œboostโ€ one gets when getting the legs involved as you showed here. Super tip !!
