The modern forehand can be hit in many different ways, however there are a few commonalities regardless of which type of forehand is being struck. In today’s lesson, Brady demonstrates 3 technique “musts” that should occur on every forehand you hit.

    Thanks Brady. Even though some of your points were not new, I always like to watch your DTL because it refreshes my mind on these pointers. There are so many things to remember. Hence, a regular refresh of pointers on various strokes is a good tool for me. Keep it up.
