The overhead is one of the most commonly botched shots in tennis. In today’s lesson, Brady demonstrates 3 “musts” on your overhead technique on every overhead you hit.

    I would add:

    4. don’t let your head fall forward – because that brings you racquet downwards and your ball into the net
    5. watch the ball right up to the point of contact

    When moving back to position for overhead I find myself tripping and falling backwards. What do you recommend as proper foot movement in order to position myself to hit overhead and not fall backwards?
