Mark has been incredibly loyal and supportive side kick these past few years. It would be nice to hear his thoughts sometimes. Some clever banter between the two of you would be nice. Or maybe he could ask you questions that help you structure your presentation. He’s got the talent to do more than smile in the background and nod approvingly at whatever you’re saying.
