The technique required on a one-handed backhand is very different compared to a two-handed backhand. In today’s lesson, Brady demonstrates three key technique “musts” unique to the stroke on the one-hander.

    I appreciate the one-handed backstroke. Sometimes, coaches say using two looks natural, but then when I throw in one-handed, they make the same comment. I sometimes hold too long with the left hand; it’s finding the balance of when to let go.
