Question re timing of spit steps. Land at the instant the server hits the ball or a split second before the server hits the ball?

Would sure appreciate it if you included tips for both a one-handed and two-handed backhand when showing stuff like this. Thanks! I love your content.

Your video today showed you returning a T Serve and making a grip change to backhand grip.
You hit a one handed backhand!!
I use a two handed backhand and I believe I am already in the right grip since my left hand and right hand are each in an eastern grip.
Am I making an error in my backhand return of a T serve???

Thanks so much. Great content. Can you address briefly the 2 handed backhand return from the deuce T. Thanks.
