Excellent instruction, especially the step-back move—that’s new to me! I often find myself awkwardly reaching for low volleys, and my drill instructor usually tells me to let them bounce. Now, thanks to your video, I actually know how to make that move properly. Really appreciate the great coaching—thank you!
Great tutorial. I actually used these tactics in a match this week and they paid off. I often see players take volleys below the net and put it in play, only to set up their opponents with an attach shot. They would’ve been better off being patient enough to allow the ball to bounce and then finish the point.
Like your comments on the footwork. Hitting when poorly positioned is no go.
