Sometimes the most difficult shots are the ones hit directly at us. In today’s lesson, Brady demonstrates how to handle that “body” volley, which you can still hit effectively as long as you respond correctly.

it was super helpful
Most of my students prefer the backhand volley to the forehand volley because it is a quick shoulder turn with no grip change or movement of the hand to get the racket lined up with the ball. On the forehand volley you have to lay back the wrist to get the hand and racket out in front. Of course, my students prefer to take balls hit at the body with a backhand volley. The only exception might be a high ball over the head, which might be taken easier with a high forehand volley.
I’m lost when ball is hit at my body . Thanks so much for a nice simple lesson , but so helpful I can’t thank you enough .
Great tip, really usefull! Thanks
