Your technique obviously plays a large role on how much power you can deliver into the tennis ball. In today’s lesson, Brady demonstrates how altering the loop in your backswing can increase power on your groundstrokes.

I think the legs are a big contributor to a more powerful stroke

I follow all this but there is someone in my clinic who generates incredible power on both forehand and volley with a short loop.

How important is the impact from large loop versus rotation of the hips and uncoiling ?

I am always amazed at how you ALWAYS have helpful lessons that help my tennis play. I never have had much of a loop and no coach has suggested that more power is easily possible with fairly simple adjustment. Would have been helpful to know this a long time ago. I am going to give it a shot. Thanks for this suggestion and the many others that I have benefited from,
