Thanks Brady. All great points. I struggle with the lag and this video helps.
Great lesson. I thought that I was ‘lagging’ but am uncurling the lag too soon. And, I have not been relaxing my arm/shoulder. Will work on this …including some shadow strokes. It is fun to hit the ball hard…especially if it goes in or is a good passing shot.
Thanks for the outstanding suggestions.
Bill
Great review and fully agree on the importance of staying loose. If not, I tend to also launch the ball and not get the appropriate top-spin as well.
best,
CJ
Crucial lesson, Brady!
Will work on this much more.
Many thanks and well done on producing such excellent tutorial material.
Love the emphasis on relaxed arm and contact out in front. Great job.
