    Great lesson. I thought that I was ‘lagging’ but am uncurling the lag too soon. And, I have not been relaxing my arm/shoulder. Will work on this …including some shadow strokes. It is fun to hit the ball hard…especially if it goes in or is a good passing shot.

    Great review and fully agree on the importance of staying loose. If not, I tend to also launch the ball and not get the appropriate top-spin as well.
