The two-handed backhand can feel a bit restricting for some, especially when attempting to generate power. In today’s lesson, Brady demonstrates 3 keys for hitting for more power on your two-hander. (*Error correction: non-dominant hand uses eastern FOREHAND grip, not eastern backhand)

    Nice video however you did not discuss the footwork.
    I hit a two hander and have a problem moving my right foot to follow my shoulder rotation.. I hit almost in an open stance and loose a lot of power.
